I’ve been making these energy bites longer than my husband and I have been married. He wanted a snack that could curb his hanger, but wasn’t in the chips or candy category. These no bake energy bites are full of peanut butter and oats, which are are more filling than the other snacks. Plus, these are super easy to make! Most of the time I double the batch and keep them in the freezer.
The following are a few alternatives to the ingredients that would work nicely in this recipe. The possibilities are truly endless and will work to fit your tastebuds.
- almond butter
- macadamia nuts
- raisins
