We’ve just closed the proverbial book on summer and, as we head into the Fall season, it’s time again to rewatch the Gilmore Girls series.
The Gilmore Girls series is known for its numerous literary references and book discussions. I watched the original series every week when it was first released with my mom. I was the same age as Rory when I first started watching, so it hit me as a coming of age series. I loved that Rory read so much – something I do a lot of now!
If you love the Gilmore Girls, you know how many books are mentioned or shown in every episode. If you do a quick search, you’ll be sure to find lots of different Gilmore Girl Reading Challenge. Here’s an alphabetical list of every single book mentioned in the original series as well as in Netflix’s Revival “A Year in the Life.”
408 books!
