Monthly Life Update: December 2023
GOALS
I’ve met and succeeded my goals this year. I almost didn’t make my full reading list, but I ended up reading 12 books in December to meet it. I am definitely going to drop next year’s goal down quite a bit, then try to focus on quality rather than quantity.
Read more about my 2023 Goals. And read the Review of the 2023 Goals.
INFLUENCER
I did not shop a lot or plan for sales this year around Black Friday or the Christmas sales. I went to a few Christmas events and went out to eat at La Parisienne with some friends at the end of the month.
LTK: December had 269 clicks and $40.14 in open commissions.
BLOG
I had a couple ideas this month, but I wasn’t feel interested in writing much this month.
Here’s what I shared on the blog this month:
- Midsize Fashion Bloggers You Will Love to Follow
- November 2023 Best Sellers
- Selling Your Clothes at Crossroads Trading
- December 2023 Reading List – 12 Books
- and this Monthly Life Update: December 2023!
SIDE HUSTLE
I removed all my listings on Poshmark, then sent everything to Crossroads Trading. I had them donate/recycle everything that they didn’t buy so I didn’t have to manage the listings. They only bought two items, so it was only $12.
FITNESS
I completed both the Running and Walking Holly Jolly Fitness Challenges on iFit. The running I finished on December 13 and the Walking I finished on December 17. And somewhere in there I injured my foot. I did two workouts on the 17th and I had two stretching workouts on the 24th.
Total Miles: 30.73
Total Hours: 7:52:10
Total Workouts: 18
HOVEL SWEET HOVEL
During the week of Christmas, Zack and I started a closet makeover. We planned out the Ikea PAX wardrobes to fit our space and then DIY’d them to look built-in. We also removed the carpet and installed matching vinyl planks to the rest of the house. Read more on the HSH blog!
XOXO,
